Disclaimer & waiver of liability- We reserve the right to refuse service to:

• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious or having open wound(s)/ sore at the treatment area.

• Anyone with a medical condition that we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.

• If clients are 15 minutes late past their scheduled appointment time, can result in their appointment being canceled and without proper communication.

• Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.

• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any service, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within three (3) days of the original service. No refund is given after it has been rendered.

• If you lose an enhancement notice chips or lifting in the first seven (7) days, please contact us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after seven (7) days are $5+ each. Traditional polish services are NOT guaranteed.
